Someone asked me the other day how many words Izzy could say, and I completely drew a blank. "I don't know. Am I suppost to know?!" So, I thought I should make a list. This way when she has kids and asks me what she was saying at 18 months I'll actually have an answer :) Here we go, in no particular order:

I Love Ewe!

Yet another trip to the zoo! She loves it and I was in desperate need of getting out of the house. This time she couldn't get enough of the farm animals. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but in one she was giving the sheep an Izzy hug (where she leans in from the side and lays her head on you). She was also way interested in the cows and tried to get them to "moo" back to her :)

Tequila Shots!

Ok, not really :) Mike and I went out to his dad's farm in Iola a couple of weeks ago. Super small town, but the most amazing Mexican restaurant. While we were waiting for our food Izzy kept trying to grab the limes off the plate next to me. I held it up to her mouth expecting her to give me the bitter beer face and push it away. She got a little taste, grabbed it, and started sucking on it until there was nothing left! Turns out Izzy LOVES limes! Who would have thought?! I got such a laugh when she started pointing to the salt, "So let me get this straight, you lick the salt, shoot the Tequila, and then suck the lime?" That's my girl ;)
